Ovikuroma’s practice focus is on structured finance transactions, project finance in the Maritime sector and oil and gas sector. He is an adept Maritime specialist who prior to joining the firm, garnered practical experience working for one of the Governmental Maritime Agencies in Nigeria.
Ovikuroma also advises Public Private Partnerships, and consults in the negotiation and drafting of Turn-key Agreements.
